Leadership

Our multi-generational family-owned and operated company enjoys a solid reputation for value creation, financial stability, and impeccable integrity built over seven decades and in twelve states. These core values, combined with strong leadership, have enabled Finard Properties to remain competitive and prosperous even during tough economic times and provide the foundation for mutually productive alliances with real estate investors, brokers, and municipalities alike.

Bill deploys the depth and breadth of his experience as Chairman by guiding the strategic and policy vision of Finard Properties and the assets in its portfolio.  In 1972, he joined his father in the real estate business, and for forty years Bill has been uniting people, assets, and capital.  He loves the challenges and brings creativity, determination, and realism to every effort.

Paul oversees the company’s legal affairs as the General Counsel.  A focus on real estate in a variety of settings has provided him with a diverse and unique approach to each asset, each transaction, and each stakeholder.  In private practice, he developed a transactional practice with forays into distressed assets and litigation; as Legislative Director of the Boston City Council, he developed public policy including housing and zoning initiatives; and as in-house counsel to real estate companies, he has guided the legal components of expanding portfolios.
