Bill deploys the depth and breadth of his experience as Chairman by guiding the strategic and policy vision of Finard Properties and the assets in its portfolio. In 1972, he joined his father in the real estate business, and for forty years Bill has been uniting people, assets, and capital. He loves the challenges and brings creativity, determination, and realism to every effort.
Bill’s community involvement is highlighted by service as a Trustee of Colgate University, the Chair of Hebrew SeniorLife, a Board member of Beth Israel Hospital, an Overseer of WGBH, and an Overseer of the Huntington Theatre. Bill was granted a BA from Colgate University and an M.Ed from Boston College.
