The Cape Inn is no longer being called the Cape Inn.  The newly renamed Harbor Hotel Provincetown is a 139 room resort with three buildings situated on 4.5 acres on the shore of Cape Cod Bay at the intersection of Commercial Street (Route 6A) and Snail Road in Provincetown, Massachusetts.  This waterfront destination is Provincetown’s largest hotel and events facility complete with a restaurant, café, lounge, pool with food and bar service, and sweeping views.  A complete renovation of this property is currently underway with completion slated for June 2011.

Finard Properties and its affiliate, Black Oak Realty Advisors, have partnered with Turnstone Property to acquire The Cape Inn in Provincetown, MA.

The Cape Inn is a 139 room resort with three buildings situated on 4.5 acres on the shore of Cape Cod Bay at the intersection of Commercial Street (Route 6A) and Snail Road in Provincetown, Massachusetts.  This waterfront destination is Provincetown’s largest hotel and events facility complete with a restaurant, café, lounge, pool with food and bar service, and sweeping views.  The hotel boasts 375 licensed seats among its several on-site food and beverage outlets.

Finard Properties/Black Oak/Turnstone will update and renovate many of the hotel’s facilities over a two-year period and has teamed with Coventry Hotel Group in an intense effort to improve the hotel’s operations.
